Terms of service
Botany Bloom Co. – Terms of Service
Welcome to Botany Bloom Co. By booking our services, submitting an application, purchasing products, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Booking & Acceptance
Submitting a booking application does not guarantee acceptance. Each bouquet is individually reviewed to determine whether it is a good fit for Botany Bloom Co.'s artistic style and preservation process.
A reservation is only secured once:
Your project has been approved.
An invoice has been issued.
Full payment has been received.
Botany Bloom Co. reserves the right to decline any project for any reason.
2. Custom Artwork
Every preservation piece is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind.
Because flowers naturally vary in shape, color, size, and condition, no two pieces will ever be identical. Inspiration photos, mood boards, and previous work are used as references only and are not exact replicas.
Clients acknowledge that they are purchasing custom artwork created in Botany Bloom Co.'s artistic style.
3. Natural Changes in Flowers
Flowers are organic materials and continue changing throughout the preservation process.
Clients understand that:
Colors may naturally fade, deepen, brown, cream, or yellow.
White flowers often dry ivory or cream.
Some flowers preserve better than others.
Delicate blooms may become translucent or lose petals.
Some flowers may not survive the preservation process.
Botany Bloom Co. does not artificially repaint or color-correct flowers unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Flower Condition
The final artwork depends heavily on the condition of the flowers upon arrival.
Botany Bloom Co. is not responsible for deterioration caused by:
Age of flowers
Heat exposure
Improper storage
Shipping delays
Mold
Wilting
Bruising
Water damage
Floral preservatives
Frozen or refrigerated flowers
Flowers should be delivered as soon as possible after the event following the provided care instructions.
5. Resin Products
Resin is a beautiful artistic medium but naturally changes over time.
Clients acknowledge that:
Resin may gradually amber or yellow with age.
Small bubbles, slight imperfections, and natural variations are part of handcrafted resin artwork.
Resin should be kept away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
These characteristics are considered normal and are not defects.
6. Mockups & Design Approval
Mockups are provided only for qualifying main pieces.
Minor adjustments may be requested during the mockup stage. Significant redesign requests after approval may not be possible depending on the stage of production.
Once a design is approved, Botany Bloom Co. will proceed with production.
Add-on items do not receive mockups.
7. Turnaround Time
Estimated turnaround times are:
Pressed Frames & Shadow Boxes: approximately 4–7 months
Resin Pieces: approximately 6–9 months
These are estimates only and may vary depending on seasonal demand, flower condition, or project complexity.
8. Payments
Full payment is required before work begins.
Invoices are due within the stated payment period. Unpaid invoices may be canceled, and reservation dates released to other clients.
Prices are subject to change until an invoice has been paid.
9. Cancellations
Because preservation begins shortly after flowers are received, cancellations may not be eligible for refunds once work has started.
If flowers have already entered the preservation process, refunds cannot be provided.
10. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final.
Botany Bloom Co. does not offer refunds because:
Flowers preserved differently than expected.
Natural color changes occurred.
Personal preferences changed after production.
The artwork differs from the inspiration images.
11. Pickup & Shipping
Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information.
Botany Bloom Co. is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Local pickup clients will be notified when artwork is complete.
12. Abandoned Projects
Completed artwork not picked up or shipped within 90 days after notification may be considered abandoned.
Botany Bloom Co. reserves the right to dispose of or donate abandoned artwork after reasonable attempts to contact the client.
13. Photography & Marketing
Unless otherwise requested in writing before production begins, Botany Bloom Co. may photograph completed artwork for use on its website, social media, portfolio, educational content, and marketing materials.
Personal information will never be shared without permission.
14. Limitation of Liability
Botany Bloom Co.'s liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the preservation service.
Botany Bloom Co. is not responsible for emotional value, sentimental value, or replacement costs of flowers.
15. Agreement
By submitting a booking application, paying an invoice, or leaving flowers with Botany Bloom Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
